You may not know that iron, B12, folic acid and protein are important ingredients in the diet to make hemoglobin. Iron-rich foods include selected greens, tampons, spinach, gotu kola, beans, and art. Folic acid is abundant in plant foods. Your body can easily get this vitamin by eating fresh Gotukola, Mukunuwenna and Katurumurunga sambols. Vitamin B12 can be obtained from animal foods such as meat, fish, milk and eggs.

 

If you live a busy life and are content with just a small breakfast, you need to get used to a balanced diet. Also, do not drink tea, coffee, drink, smoke or eat betel nut immediately after eating.
